- Scope
- This standard specifies the classification and labeling, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon nitride ceramic powder (codenamed SN). This standard is applicable to silicon nitride ceramic powder prepared by silicon powder nitriding method with a nitrogen content of not less than 37% and a maximum particle size of ≤1.5 μm. Products prepared by other preparation processes can be implemented accordingly.
