This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane rubber vulcanizing agent MOCA. This standard applies to vulcanizing agent MOCA prepared by the reaction of o-chloroaniline and formaldehyde in acidic medium.
