- This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product of potassium sulfate (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of production enterprises using the water-salt system method (salt lake potassium-containing brine and seawater, brine, Glauber's salt method) and non-aqueous salt system method (Mannheim method) to produce potassium sulfate. Energy consumption control for new projects. This standard does not apply to the following production enterprises: a) use the water-salt system method to produce potassium magnesium sulfate fertilizer; b) use ammonium sulfate conversion method, gypsum conversion method, associative method, mixed salt method, etc. to produce potassium sulfate.
