Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and calibration, samples, test procedures, test result records, accuracy and test reports, etc. for testing the stability of substances at constant temperature by microcalorimeter. This standard applies to thermal analysis tests of the constant temperature stability of solids, liquids or slurries with exothermic reactions.
