This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation principles and calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product of titanium sponge (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This standard is applicable to the calculation, evaluation and assessment of energy consumption of products produced by the magnesia thermal reduction method (Kroll method) of sponge titanium enterprises.
