- This standard specifies battery assembly, test devices, measuring instruments and measuring methods, performance test methods, and test reports for polymer electrolyte fuel cell cells. This standard applies to the evaluation of the following three items: a) performance of polymer electrolyte fuel cell membrane electrode assembly; b) material or structure of other components of polymer electrolyte fuel cell; c) influence of impurities in fuel and air on cell performance.
