- This document specifies the assembly, test device, measuring instrument and measurement method, performance test method and test report of polymer electrolyte fuel cell cells. Note: The polymer electrolyte fuel cell fuel specified in this document is gaseous hydrogen. This document is applicable to the evaluation of the following three items: a) performance of polymer electrolyte fuel cell membrane electrode assembly; b) materials or structure of other components of polymer electrolyte fuel cell; c) influence of impurities in fuel and air on cell performance. Note: This document is only applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cells, other polymer electrolyte fuel cells can refer to the test content of this document.
