Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of livestock and poultry manure composting treatment and utilization equipment. This standard applies to composting equipment and organic fertilizer processing equipment for aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure. This standard does not apply to equipment for anaerobic fermentation and other forms of treatment and utilization.
