This rule provides for the measurement of energy efficiency markings for stand-alone cathode ray tube display devices, liquid crystal display devices, and display devices with tuners/receivers whose primary function is a computer monitor for use in general-purpose computers operating normally at mains voltage. requirements, metrological testing procedures, metrological testing methods, metrological testing results evaluation criteria and testing reports, etc. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and testing of display energy efficiency labels. Commissioned testing can refer to this rule. Units that produce and sell display products may also refer to these rules for testing. This rule does not apply to display devices that function as monitors but whose primary function is a television. The monitors to be tested should be products that pass the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
