Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for chemical decontamination of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants - circuit systems and equipment, such as decontamination agents, decontamination methods, decontamination implementation, and effect evaluation. This standard applies to pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants - circuit systems and equipment surfaces for online or offline chemical decontamination. The removal of radioactive contamination on other systems or equipment surfaces can also be implemented by reference.
