This standard specifies methods for measuring radio interference from high-voltage electrical equipment and conductors under DC voltage. This standard is applicable to radio interference measurements of high-voltage electrical equipment and conductors such as high-voltage DC voltage dividers, lightning arresters, isolating switches, wires, insulators, hardware, smoothing reactors, DC TAs, pillar insulators, noise filters and other high-voltage electrical equipment and conductors. The measurement method of this standard is limited to measuring the radio interference conduction part of the test sample, and does not involve interference from its electrostatic induction and radiation parts.
