This standard specifies the basic composition, parameters, functions, requirements, test methods, packaging, storage and transportation methods, signs and markings of electric vehicle conductive on-board chargers. This standard applies to on-board chargers for pure electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles that can be externally charged.
