- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for digital wind direction and speed measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as "digital wind measuring instruments"). This standard applies to the development, production and acceptance of ground wind measurement products with automatic measurement and digital output methods.
