This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of 2-acetylpyrazine. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of 2-acetylpyrazine and the food additive 2-acetylpyrazine produced by chemical reaction using 2-cyanopyrazine or 2-ethylpyrazine as raw materials.
