- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of argon gas for light bulbs. This standard applies to bottled argon-nitrogen mixtures prepared with argon and nitrogen in the proportions specified in this standard, mainly used as filling gas for incandescent lamps.
