This part of GB/T 5832 specifies the method for the determination of trace moisture in gas by electrolysis, describes the principle of the method, and puts forward requirements for instruments, instrument calibration, measurement items, precision, result processing, and test reports. This part is applicable to the determination of trace moisture in nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, carbon dioxide and other gases that do not react with phosphorus pentoxide except hygroscopicity. Measurement range: 0.1×10-6~1 000×10-6 (volume fraction).
