- Scope
- This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement inspection, result evaluation and reporting, sample holding and sample dividing methods, moisture determination method, tare removal method, original inspection record and inspection report format for wheat flour commodities. It is applicable to the metrological supervision inspection and arbitration inspection of the net content of wheat flour commodities in the production field and circulation field. The entrusted inspection can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell wheat flour commodities may also conduct inspections with reference to these rules. The wheat flour commodities subject to inspection shall be products that have passed the self-inspection of the producer, or wheat flour commodities imported and distributed by the seller. This rule applies to wheat flour products packaged in breathable materials such as paper, non-woven fabrics, and woven bags.
