- Scope
- This rule stipulates the requirements and procedures for sampling, inspection and evaluation activities during the measurement and inspection process of net content of quantitatively packaged goods. These rules apply to metrological supervision inspection and arbitration inspection of the net content of quantitatively packaged commodities. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell quantitatively packaged goods may also conduct inspections with reference to these rules. The quantitatively packaged commodities subject to inspection shall be products that have passed the self-inspection of the manufacturer, or commodities imported and distributed by the seller.
