- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the aerobic-anaerobic transformation test in the chemical water-sediment system, the information of the tested substance, the principle of the test, the reference substance, the overview of the test method, the test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and Report. This standard applies to all chemicals (including radioactive or non-radioactive markers) that are low-volatile or non-volatile, water-soluble or insoluble, and can be accurately determined. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the transformation of chemicals in fresh water and sediments, and is also applicable to estuarine/seawater systems. This standard does not apply to chemicals that are volatile in water and cannot be retained in water and/or sediment under the test conditions. This standard does not apply to simulated flowing water (such as rivers) and open sea areas.
