Warning: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national laws and regulations. 1.1 This standard specifies the method for measuring the vapor pressure of crude oil with an automatic vapor pressure measuring instrument. 1.2 This standard is applicable to the determination of crude oil with a vapor pressure of 25kPa ~ 180kPa, the measurement temperature is 37.8 ℃, and the gas-liquid ratio after expansion is from 4:1 to 0.02:1. This standard can also be used to measure crude oil with a vapor pressure as high as 500kPa, and the measurement temperature range is from 0 ℃ to 100 ℃, but the precision may not be applicable. 1.3 This standard can also be used for online measurement, but the sample cannot be gas-saturated before measurement.
