Scope
This standard specifies the clear edge X-ray radiography measurement method with an effective focus size of 5 μm to 300 μm for X-ray tubes with a tube voltage not greater than 225 kV. The image quality and resolution of X-ray images mainly depend on the characteristics of the focal point, and the imaging quality of the focal point depends on the two-dimensional density distribution of the object plane. X-ray radiographic techniques used for specific purposes. Note: By agreement the same method can be used for X-ray tubes with higher kV voltages, but with less accurate measurement.
