- The purpose of this part of GB/T 19348 is to determine the performance of the film system. This part of GB/T 19348 applies to the classification of industrial radiography (non-destructive testing) film systems combined with specified lead intensifying screens. Its purpose is to ensure that the image quality of radiography - which is affected by the film system - is consistent with the requirements of other international standards such as IS0 5579. This part of GB/T 19348 does not apply to the classification of fluorescent sensitized films. The method of evaluating photographic processing is stipulated in GB/T 19348.2 "Industrial Radiographic Films for Nondestructive Testing Part 2: Controlling Film Processing by Reference Value Method". When the working conditions are given, according to GB/T 19348.2 Controls the performance of the film system.
