- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality assurance, etc. of glass cuvettes whose light-transmitting surfaces are flat and parallel. This standard applies to glass cuvettes (hereinafter referred to as cuvettes) where solutions are placed for qualitative and quantitative analysis by spectral analysis instruments.
