Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for good operation of rice processing enterprises, such as plant environment, plant facilities, machinery and equipment, management institutions and personnel, sanitation management, production process management, quality management, labeling and the establishment and assessment of management systems. This standard is applicable to rice (including parboiled rice, germinated brown rice, nutritionally fortified rice, etc.) processing enterprises.
