Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates and purchase orders (or contracts) for silver evaporation materials. This standard is applicable to all kinds of silver evaporation materials used in the manufacture of semiconductor electronic devices, crystal oscillators and other industries. Silver evaporation materials for other purposes can also be used as a reference.
