Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and purchase orders (or contracts) for aluminum evaporation materials. This standard applies to all kinds of aluminum evaporation materials used in the semiconductor industry. Aluminum evaporation materials for other purposes can also be used as a reference.
