Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, supply methods, packaging and signs of nickel-chromium-copper-nickel (constantan) thermocouple wires. This standard applies to the manufacture of industrial nickel-chromium-copper-nickel (constantan) thermocouple (E-type thermocouple) alloy wire.
