Scope
This part of GB/T 14506 specifies the sodium peroxide fusion sample-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) determination method for 22 rare earth elements in silicate rocks. This part applies to manganese, cobalt, yttrium, zirconium, niobium, barium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, hafnium in silicate rocks It is also applicable to the determination of the above-mentioned elements in soil and sediment samples.
