- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of punching machines. This standard applies to various types of punching machines that punch holes before binding various documents, account books, bills, etc. This standard does not apply to electric and pneumatic drilling machines.
