Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic indicators and inspection methods of vegetable crude oil and edible vegetable oil, as well as the hygienic requirements for food additives, packaging, labeling, storage, and transportation. This standard applies to vegetable crude oil and edible vegetable oil, but not to hydrogenated oil and margarine.
