Scope: This standard specifies the basic parameters, types and dimensions, technical requirements, lubrication, test methods and inspection rules of single-stage shaft-mounted arc cylindrical worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). This standard reducer (including four series: SCWU, SCWS, SCWO, SCWF) is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine and is suitable for reduction transmission of mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, and construction. The speed of the worm shaft of this standard reducer does not exceed 1500 r/min. This standard reducer is suitable for working environment temperatures between -40°C and 40°C. When the working environment temperature is lower than -10°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting.
