- This part of YY/T 0734 specifies the special requirements for washer-disinfectors expected to clean and moist heat sterilize reusable medical devices such as surgical instruments, anesthesia instruments, bowls, plates, containers, utensils, glassware, etc. in a single working cycle. The requirements of this section are combined with the general requirements specified in YY/T 0734.1-2009. The performance requirements specified in this section may not ensure the causative agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (prion protein).
