This part of YY/T 0466 determines the requirements for the development and use of symbols used to express information about the safe and effective use of medical devices. It also lists symbols that meet the requirements of this part of YY/T 0466. This part of YY/T 0466 only applies to symbols for a wide range of medical devices sold globally. These symbols may be used on the device or packaging or accompanying documentation.
