This standard specifies the grades, specifications and corresponding technical requirements for tin bronze spherical powder produced by the gas atomization method (hereinafter referred to as bronze spherical powder). This standard applies to bronze ball powder used in the manufacture of porous components, steel-backed bronze polymer composite anti-friction materials, filled metal-polymer composite anti-friction materials and organic adhesive friction materials. It is also applicable to some finishing processes. Bronze ball powder used to prepare media abrasives.
