- This standard specifies the gas chromatography determination method for citral, cinnamyl alcohol, anisyl alcohol, cinnamaldehyde and coumarin in cosmetics. This standard applies to the determination of citral, cinnamyl alcohol, anisyl alcohol, cinnamaldehyde and coumarin in cosmetics. The detection limit of this standard is: citral 3mg/kg, cinnamyl alcohol 2.5mg/kg, anisyl alcohol 2mg/kg, cinnamaldehyde 2mg/kg, coumarin 3mg/kg.
