Scope

This part of SN/T 2360 stipulates the scope beyond the standards of GB 2760 and GB 14880, but has food additive properties and quality requirements, complies with the food additive regulations and requirements of specific countries or regions, and is only used for import and export trade production, processing and Inspection and quarantine work specifications such as applicable scope of additives used for samples and other purposes, inspection application, supervision and management, testing, result determination and disposal. This section applies to the following substances that exceed the varieties specified in GB 2760 and GB 14880 and meet one of the following conditions in the finished product state: a) Additives that are only used for re-export after processing of imported materials or supplied materials and comply with the requirements of the importing country or region ; b) Additive samples that are destroyed or fully re-exported after participating in the exhibition; c) Additive samples used for non-food industrial production purposes (including scientific research, administrative approval, etc.); This section does not apply to the following substances: a) Used in production and synthesis Precursor substances and raw materials for food additives; b) Natural animal and plant raw materials used for the production and extraction of food additives; c) Non-food grade substances falling within the scope of GB 2760 and GB 14880; d) Food raw materials and raw materials for the production and manufacture of food. Excipients; e) Chemical products illegally added to food; f) Exemptions from laws and regulations.
