Scope
This standard specifies the procedures for toxicological evaluation of food safety. This standard is applicable to evaluating the safety of chemical, biological and physical factors involved in food production, processing, preservation, transportation and sales that may cause health hazards. The inspection objects include food and its raw materials, food additives, and new food raw materials. , irradiated food, food-related products (packaging materials for food, containers, detergents, disinfectants and tools and equipment for food production and operation) and food pollutants.
