Scope

This part of GB/T 6730 specifies the method for the determination of total iron content by titanium trichloride reduction potassium dichromate titration method (conventional method). This section applies to the determination of total iron content in natural iron ore, iron concentrate and lump ore, including sinter and pellets. Determination range (mass fraction): 25%-72%.
