- Scope
- This standard specifies the construction, installation, testing, operation and documentation of underground safety valve systems (SSSV) and the selection, handling, maintenance and documentation of SSSV underground production equipment, as well as requirements and guidelines. This standard does not apply to equipment repair. Note: IS0 10432 sets out requirements for the repair of SSSV equipment.
