- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for powder metallurgy brake shoes for locomotives and high-speed trains. This standard applies to powder metallurgy brake shoes (hereinafter referred to as brake shoes) for locomotives and high-speed trains with a maximum operating speed of 160 km/h and an axle load of no more than 25 t. Powder metallurgy brake shoes for locomotives and high-speed trains with operating speeds between 160 km/h and 200 km/h can be used as a reference.
