Scope

This part specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of anhydrous lithium perchlorate. This section applies to anhydrous lithium perchlorate. The product is mainly used as an oxidant for rocket fuel, used in the battery industry to produce lithium battery electrolyte, and used to provide oxygen in high temperature chemistry.
