- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and instructions of the fuel cell power generation system for electric bicycles (hereinafter referred to as the system). This standard applies to fuel cell power generation systems for two-wheeled electric bicycles and mopeds, but not to fuel cell power generation systems for motorcycles and other purposes.
