Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions for the testing of fuel cell power generation systems for passenger vehicles, the requirements for the accuracy of testing instruments, preparations before the test, test conditions and performance test methods. The test contents stipulated in this standard include: routine performance test, starting characteristic test, steady-state characteristic test, rated power characteristic test, peak power characteristic test and dynamic response characteristic test. This standard applies to the proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system for passenger vehicles.
