Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, storage and transportation of hop picking and cleaning machines. This standard applies to hop picking and sorting machines (hereinafter referred to as picking machines) that pick, separate and clean hops on the vines after harvesting.
