Scope

This standard stipulates the idle pollutant emission standard limits for newly produced motorcycles and motorcycles in use. This standard applies to two-wheel and three-wheel motorcycles equipped with four-stroke or two-stroke gasoline engines, the maximum total mass is less than or equal to 400kg, the engine displacement is greater than 50ml, and the maximum design speed is equal to or greater than 50km/h. This standard does not apply to off-road vehicles and racing cars.
