- Scope
- This standard specifies the air pollutant emission concentration limits (including fugitive emissions), opacity limits and maximum allowable emission rate requirements for the production processes of the metallurgy and building materials industries, as well as industrial furnaces in other industries (excluding chemical industry). At the same time, it also stipulates exhaust stack height requirements, process control and operating specifications, and fuel hazardous substance control standards. This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing sources, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion air pollutant emission management of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects.
