- This standard specifies the general provisions and technical requirements for leakage prevention of buried oil tanks and their process pipelines. This standard applies to the engineering design, construction, and post-construction maintenance and management of leakage prevention for underground oil tanks and process pipelines that store light oil products such as gasoline and diesel. It is also suitable for environmental impact assessment of underground oil storage facilities such as oil depots and gas stations.
