Scope
This standard specifies the determination method for residual hydrogen peroxide in food. This standard applies to the determination of residual hydrogen peroxide in food. The quantitative detection limit of iodometric method is 3 mg/kg; the quantitative detection limit of titanium salt colorimetric method is 1.6 mg/kg, and the qualitative detection limit is 0.5 mg/kg.
