This standard specifies the method for the determination of T-2mycin content in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of T-2mycin content in grain and grain products, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products. The method detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of grain and food products is 10 μg/kg, the detection limit of wine is 5 μg/kg, the detection limit of soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products is 5 μg/kg kg.
