Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of sodium diacetate in food by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of sodium diacetate in dried tofu, dried tofu products, cakes, prepared meat products, cooked meat products, condiments, compound seasonings, fried snacks (only fried potato chips) and other foods ; Not applicable to the determination of vinegar. The method detection limit of this standard: 0.015g/kg, method quantitative limit: 0.05g/kg.
